Discovery is the formal process of exchanging requested information between both parties. Discovery normally consists of a set of questions called interrogatories and a set of document requests. It is required you answer all of the questions asked and provide all documents requested. Additionally, attorneys make take depositions, or an out-of-court statement given under oath.
